PKF Hospitality raises ’12 growth forecast

PKF Hospitality Research predicts a 6.7 percent increase in revenue per available room at U.S. hotels this year, up from a 5.8 percent revPAR growth forecast in June. PKF said that the main reason for the improved annual forecast is the stronger-than-expected performance of the market in the second quarter of the year. Read the TravelPulse story here.
