Panel recommends more time for Idaho mixed-use project

Plans for a three-story, mixed-use housing and commercial building in Ketchum proposed by developer Jack Bariteau got a boost from the city, when members of the Planning and Zoning Commission voted to recommend that the city extend the project’s approved time frame for construction. Atlanta-area mall to become mixed-use property

Trademark Property Company will move forward with plans first approved by the Alpharetta, Georgia City Council in 2019 to redevelop North Point Mall into a mixed-use property. Texas mixed-use project to feature hotel, offices

A 125,000-square-foot office building is planned for the first phase of a transit-oriented development in Carrollton, Texas, according to The Dallas Morning News. Construction could begin in the second quarter on the mixed-use project, which includes apartments, retail space, a hotel and additional offices.

Glimpse shared of hotel plans for Bronx’ Little Italy
