Times Square hotel makes progress with construction

Berg + Moss Architects designed a 48-story hotel in New York City's iconic Times Square that is making progress on construction. The concrete walls for the 630-room hotel have yet to be placed, but the glass and metal curtain wall appears to be finished. Read the New York YIMBY story here

University-owned mall undergoing changes

The Macy's building at Lynchburg, Virginia's West End of River Ridge will be demolished and the property redeveloped into an open-air shopping center and food court on behalf of Liberty University, which owns the mall. Lousiana mall could be redeveloped into Amazon facility

Panel recommends more time for Idaho mixed-use project

Atlanta-area mall to become mixed-use property

Trademark Property Company will move forward with plans first approved by the Alpharetta, Georgia City Council in 2019 to redevelop North Point Mall into a mixed-use property.
