New Castle, Delaware officials green-light hotel project

The New Castle County Council approved a plan to build a hotel off I-295 near New Castle. The hotel site is a vacant plot behind Royal Farms near the I-295 and Route 9 interchange. Between the hotel site and the convenience store, a retail strip and two restaurants are under construction. Read The News Journal story here
