Marriott hotel in Waikiki Beach sold for $127 million

The Courtyard by Marriott Waikiki Beach hotel has been sold to a partnership led by Highgate Hotels. The purchase price of the 401-room property amounted to $127 million. Read the American City Business Journals story here.
