LaSalle Hotel Properties announced its purchase of the Harbor Court Hotel and Hotel Triton in San Francisco from affiliates of Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants. The properties, comprising a total of 271 rooms, fetched a combined price of $47.8 million. LaSalle said it plans to spend $2.5 million and $1 million on capital improvements on the Hotel Triton and Harbor Court Hotel, respectively. Read the HotelsMag.com story here.
