Tim Cloe, whose firm Northern Star Restaurant Management Inc., has been running Dunkin’ Donut franchises in Erie, Chautauqua and portions of Niagara counties since March 2011, plans to open eight new locations in in Western New York next year. In all, Cloe expects to open 20 new Dunkin’ Donut sites locally in the next few years.
