Construction of $400M rail hub in N.M. lures new hotel

Union Pacific's $400 million rail hub in New Mexico near Santa Teresa is expected to be finished next year. The facility's existence has prompted two Canadian groups to plan a new hotel and 24-hour diner about "three miles from the railway crew change office."
