$300K tax credit boosts hotel’s renewal in Yorktowne, Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania is providing tax credits to preserve 27 historic buildings. Five of the buildings are in the Susquehanna Valley: Wayne Building in Waynesboro, Franklin County; John F. Reed Company Cigar Factory in Lancaster; J.R. Bitner Tobacco Warehouse in Lancaster; York Hospital and Dispensary in York; and Yorktowne Hotel in York. WGAL-TV

Famed El Capitan Hotel nears reopening in Merced, California

Work begins on nongambling Caesars hotel in Arizona
