Construction may begin late this year on a $600 million, 31-story tower in Charlotte. The tower, planned in partnership with Nuveen Real Estate, will offer 560,000 square feet for offices and 10,000 square feet for retail as well as a hotel and 100 residential units.
The Denver Tech Center neighborhood is set to welcome its first boutique hotel in early 2024. Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group LLC made its plans public.
