Glimpse shared of hotel plans for Bronx’ Little Italy

Developers recently revealed the first renderings and construction plans for a new full-service hotel in the Belmont section of The Bronx, also referred to as Little Italy. Located on East 188th Street between Arthur Avenue and Hughes Avenue, the project could also contain a collection of income-restricted apartments and a large parking garage. Marriott Fairfield debuts in Idaho community

$600M mixed-use development planned in LA

Lendlease and Aware Super are partnering on a $600 million mixed-use development near downtown Los Angeles and a rail station. Construction is expected to begin in 2023 on the 3.5-acre site, which will eventually include 250,000 square feet of retail and office space and 260 multifamily residences.
