$50M hotel project approved in Skokie, Illinois

Skokie, Illinois, leaders have given the green light to a proposed $50 million hotel and conference center, part of a $400 million downtown redevelopment program. Chicago-based E&M Strategic Developments plans to build the 141-room Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotel and Conference Center this spring. Read the Chicago Tribune story here
