Washington eateries will be required to keep a guest log

Restaurants in Washington state will have to keep a log of all dine-in guests, including contact information, for 30 days under rules regulating reopening. The rules are designed to facilitate contact tracing to identify who may have come into contact with an infected person. Read the Restaurant Business online story here
