A mixed-use development proposed for downtown Sunnyvale, California has obtained City Council approval. The plan by developer Sares Regis Group of Northern California includes 793 apartments and condos, nearly 182,000 square feet of retail space and about 653,000 square feet for offices. BAE Systems plans $150M facility in Texas

BAE Systems is planning a $150 million campus in Austin, Texas, that will add 390,000 square feet of space for engineering and manufacturing, as well as labs and offices. $1.6B hospital planned in Indianapolis

IU Health is planning to build a new $1.6 billion hospital in downtown Indianapolis. The 44-acre medical campus expansion would be located just south of the existing IU Health Methodist Hospital campus. $177B transportation plan proposed for San Diego
