$24M teaching hotel sought for Montana State University

Montana State University leaders are asking lawmakers to include a $24 million campus hotel for their hospitality program in next year's budget. JBG Smith plans renovation, rebrand of Northern Virginia complex

JBG Smith Properties has decided to renovate, rebrand and expand a complex in Northern Virginia that is partially leased by Amazon for its HQ2.
