Florida mall could convert to mixed-use property

New retail center coming to St. Louis suburb

GBT Realty Corp. has announced plans to build a 53,000-square-foot retail center in O'Fallon, Missouri, near St. Louis. Shoppes at Richland Creek is pre-leased to tenants including Chicken Salad Chick, Taco Bell, Pacific Dental and Tidal Wave Luxury Car Wash and is expected to be finished in summer 2021. A downtown hotel in a Triad city has officially opened. Courtyard by Marriott Winston-Salem Downtown has announced it is open at 640 W. Last leg of city review awaits NBA team’s hotel project

Boutique hotel continues to rise in Memphis, Tennessee

Despite COVID-19, construction of a seven-story boutique hotel continues at Overton Square. The 106-room Memphian hotel owned by Loeb Properties Inc. is slated to open next spring at 21 S. Hotel would be first in Ashtabula, Ohio, in a century

The city is finalizing a few details before moving forward with a road project for the planned pig iron plant in Ashtabula. The city is ironing out issues before putting the project out for bids. The majority of the project is funded via grants, but those grants will come in the form of reimbursements, not upfront payments, so the city is working to make sure that there is sufficient cash on hand before moving forward.
