Sweven Investment Group held a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the construction of the first building of Kansa Center, located on Pooler Parkway, between St. Joseph’s/Candler Pooler campus and Interstate 16. The 13,000 square-foot shopping center will be the first retail space of Kansa Center and is currently in the initial leasing stage for its three retail units. The shopping center parcel covers 3.10 acres.

The resulting solution, developed by our assistant project manager, was a web-based application for residents to select their customizations. The project team’s ingenuity resulted in a valuable tool that will help our projects excel for years to come. The owner has requested use of this web-based application for upcoming projects.
