31-story tower with hotel planned for Charlotte

Construction may begin late this year on a $600 million, 31-story tower in Charlotte. The tower, planned in partnership with Nuveen Real Estate, will offer 560,000 square feet for offices and 10,000 square feet for retail as well as a hotel and 100 residential units.

Denver Tech Center will gain Kimpton hotel in 2024

The Denver Tech Center neighborhood is set to welcome its first boutique hotel in early 2024. Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group LLC made its plans public. $25M hotel project floated in Midland, Texas

As downtown Midland continues to grow, the next big development could be a new hotel. The vacant building off of Missouri avenue at 112 S. Loraine Street could be renovated and turned into one. Right now it’s still a proposed project, but developers are optimistic it will go through. KMID-TV

Good news in Pottstown, Pennsylvania development includes hotel

Updates on some of Pottstown’s biggest development projects highlighted the annual progress report by the Pottstown Area Economic Development (PAED).
