Development stimulus plans considered in Orlando, Florida

Officials in Orlando, Florida, are taking a look at incentive offers to developers for downtown hotel, convention and ballroom space as a way to boost tourism. Meetings will be held beginning next month to develop strategies for enlarging the city's share of Central Florida visitation spending, estimated at $75 billion and up annually.
