Spike Gjerde to open food hall in Washington, D.C.

Baltimore Chef Spike Gjerde, who made his way down to Washington in 2018 with a fine dining restaurant in the Line D.C. hotel, plans to establish a much bigger footprint in the District with a new restaurant and separate 20,000-square-foot food hall at Buzzard Point.
