5-story Hilton proposed for Simpsonville, S.C.

A Hilton brand hotel could be coming to busy Fairview Road in Simpsonville. It would be built on vacant property that backs up to the Arbors at Fairview apartments, and is accessed via an entry road that borders several businesses, including a Zaxby’s restaurant, Kay Jewelers, a dental office, and day care center.
