DealPoint Merrill plans $70M mixed-use space in Richmond Heights, Ohio

After purchasing the empty Sears and Macy’s department store spaces at Richmond Town Square Mall in Ohio, DealPoint Merrill plans to renovate the space into a mixed-use development.
