$1.2B P3 proposed to expand L.A. Convention Center

Los Angeles Convention Center management company AEG is proposing that a public-private partnership tackle an expansion project and has submitted the idea to the city. Several city leaders have expressed support for the $1.2 billion project, which would involve adding 350,000 square feet of convention space and building an 850-room hotel.
