Center City District in Philadelphia poised for growth and expansion

The Greater Center City area is the fastest-growing residential area in Philadelphia, which is why Center City District expects retailers to move in around Rittenhouse Square as the region's retail expands. $2.7B streetcar project proposed in NYC

An estimated $2.7 billion streetcar project to connect Brooklyn and Queens is under consideration in New York City, but the project would not be completed until 2029. Moline, Illinois, river development to add 2 Hyatt hotels

Twin nine-story Hyatt hotels are scheduled to open this month overlooking the Mississippi River in Moline, Illinois. The Hyatt Place East Moline/Quad Cities and Hyatt House East/Moline Quad Cities are part of The Bend, a mixed-use complex that is set on 132 acres and features a mile of riverfront and several miles of walking paths.
