Chicago airport redevelops with a focus on retail

Chicago's Midway Airport is adding new retailers and brands as part of a $75 million redevelopment project that will create the feeling of a mall for passengers with time to kill before their flights. Denver airport terminal may not be ready until 2023

Former hospital site eyed for hotel in Jefferson City, Missouri

F&F Development hopes to begin constructing a hotel at the old St. Mary's Hospital site this summer. The Jefferson City Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended approval of a preliminary and final subdivision plat for the 600 block of Bolivar Street, proposed by property owner Farmer Holding Company subsidiary F&F Development.
