Convention center hotel wins voter approval in Miami Beach, Fla.

Michigan’s first Avid hotel will anchor mall in Zeeland

Hotel-aquatic center construction begins in Goddard, Kan.

Plans for a multi-million dollar hotel and indoor aquatic center in Goddard are moving full-steam ahead. Recent plans were solidified with a groundbreaking at 19800 W. Kellogg. Water park resort to open next year in Kansas

Debut planned this month for Hotel Northland in Green Bay, Wisconsin

The Hotel Northland's new owners expect to open the luxury hotel in fall. Greenwood Hospitality Group and Octagon Credit Partners completed their joint, $33.3 million purchase of the hotel out of receivership on June 1.
